Overcharging with no explanation

After having agreed on a premiums and the date of the deductions, I was charged more and the explanation that I got was way too flimsy and it still does not make sense. Despite having agreed on the deduction date of the 15 of each month, on 7/09/15 King Price decided out of the blue and with no explanation to deduct R27.58 from my bank. I had no choice but to cancel the insurance as service and over pricing are wrong.
