Overcharged on monthly premium- Chilli comprehensive cover
My mileage for August was 488 km and the premium due as per the app was R1022,02c however an amount of R1525,38c was debited from my account on 01/09/2021.I have requested a callback from the client care division but I have not received any call till date. This is happening for the 2nd time and it is totally unacceptable and *********.
