Overcharged on monthly premium
I am currently on the chilli package and my maximum debit regardless if I go over 500km mark is R573, this morning I was debited R866.91 and overcharged, nobody seems to be able to assist me and advise me as to why this is the case, on my app it also shows the next debit is going to be R884, this is really unacceptable as I am currently unemployed and cannot pay more than the given premium.
