Overcharged for car insurance
I want overcharged for my car insurance by almost 3x for two months in a row. They not only refused to rectify the situation but then were extremely rude when I cancelled my insurance on the spot.
My Family and Business uses King Price - more cancellation are incoming. I even tried doing this on the same call and they hung up on me...

26 Jul 2026, 23:36Outcome: I forgot about this but my brother and I need to get new cars insured and it popped up. you got back to me. I provided was was asked for from tracker company and photo my brother sent while I was away - proof of cars milage for the over charged month. And then got completely ignored. I was a loyal customer for years and you almost jumped at the opportunity to cancel all my items insured with you after basically ***** what was less than R2k. The manager of that team is not going places... And I almost forgot to get my brother's and household insurance cancelled. Completely ignored over R2k. This is going to end up costing KP so much much more than that.
