Overall an easy experience

Overall an easy experience. Clear and precise communication. The tow I requested was there faster than expected. Only thing I did not like was the whole automated voice prompts to go through to get to the service I require and all the questions to be answered to validate my identity. I would have thought giving my ID number would be enough.
