Over promise, under deliver
I have been waiting for months for my vehicle to go in for repairs. After phoning king price numerous times, there was no resolve. King Price is quick to sign you up and tell you how wonderful they are but when it comes to providing the actual service they are extremely poor. It is so unfortunate that I can't follow through on their promise.
