Outstanding service provided.

On 17/05/2020 I met with an accident. As you can imagine, with any accident small or big, it comes with physical and mental traumas as well as financial burdens. Accordingly, my anxiety about contacting King Price was at its peak not knowing how I or my claim will be treated and the consequences thereof. The consultant allocated to me was Zayne Pillay and I write to you to commend him on his exceptional service to me.

Upon our very first consult, Zayne showed empathy towards myself and my family. He did not dive straight into the vehicle bits but rather first concerned himself with our well-being or potential injuries. He ensured that I was comfortable physically and mentally before proceeding with the more serious part of the conversation. I believe that, that is extremely important because if a person is not in the correct state of mind, the information subsequently provided will be an incorrect reflection of the situation.

After my first contact with Zayne, my wife and I both felt at ease knowing that we have a good consultant who is assisting us.

Our experience with him thereafter exceeded our expectation. He was efficient and kept us updated along the way. He stuck to his turnaround time and hence it did not require us to keep following up.

The information that he gave us was always verified and reviewed by a lawyer (my sister) and it was always confirmed to be correct.

I work in the motor industry and therefore have dealt with many insurance companies and consultants during my professional career, I have never once witnessed a consultant as competent as Zayne.

I wish to thank Zayne for his brilliant services but more than that, I wish to highlight his services to his superior because I believe that he should be acknowledged and recognized for his hard work.

Because of Zayne, I will definitely come back to King Price for insurance on my new vehicle and I have already recommended King Price to others.
