Outstanding Service- Premium Review
I sent an email to King Price insurance for a consultant to call me regarding my premium increase. A consultant name Chris Bell did call me back, But i could not speak to him, so i asked that he call me back , and he did. I confirmed with Chris that i was not happy with my premium increase, he transferred my call to a senior consultant named Gabriel Maphela, Gabriel managed to decrease my new premium and i was happy with the new amount, Staff at King Price are always so helpful.
