My vehicle was recently in an accident and I've never claimed for my vehicle in the history of my Insured period, so I was clueless when it came down to the process. Thankfully the claims dept at KP were helpful @Beverly Pillay.

The star of the process was Mr Ronald Pillay, the claim assessor. He was professional, helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with. What truly set him apart is the commitment to transparency. He took the time to explain every aspect of the claim to me in simple terms, ensuring I understood the process. This level of clarity and honesty is something which is greatly appreciate in any insurance provider. So hats off to you Mr Pillay.
