OUTSTANDING SERVICE, GOING BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY

Molebogeng (Lebo) Sono was amazing when my tyre ripped halfway from Durban to JHB (on a Sunday!). She was calm and polite and came up with the best solution suited for me and my situation. Lebo called me consistently to update me on what was going to happen. She even ended up saving me R3900!! Lebo gave me her personal cell phone number so that I could contact her and stayed in contact with me while I waited for 3 hours to be fetched. If that wasn't enough, she also contacted me the next day on her day off to make sure that everything was getting sorted.

It was a terrifying experience and a horrible day, but Lebo made me feel safe and calm. I was stunned by her commitment and how she genuinely and sincerely wanted to help me, and I am so grateful to her for going the extra mile, and providing excellent, efficient, and thoughtful service.
