Outstanding Service

<p>After an unfortunate case of damage to my property on Friday 17 February, I have had just the most amazing service from all this at King Price. I would like to thank Julia who took my emergency call on Saturday morning and so professionally dealt with an upset customer. She dutifully called me back (even if I believed she wouldn't) and laid out all my options for me. She put me in touch with Jané from the claims department who took all the details proficiently and gave me further clear instructions. Within 24 hours of me providing all the required information I was contacted by Zandri Ysel who has processed my claim with such speed and care. </p> <p> </p> <p>Often the insurer is viewed simply as the premium guzzler who takes your money and avoids you when it counts! In a world where service is more and more the decider between providers, I must compliment King Price on not only having competitive premiums but having outstanding service too! The success of your business will largely driven by your employees and these three ladies are definitely representing your brand strength and success!</p>
