Outstanding Service 3rd Party Claim
I have a current 3rd party claim CKP***_1_1 with King Price. Dennis Masenya has been very assisting in the whole process and I have to commend him.
An assessor (Petrus Visser) was appointed and I was contacted today to discuss the claim. I was left in awe, he started the conversation finding out how I am doing after the accident and he hopes that I did not get too injured during the accident. This amazed me, as he was empathetic about the incident and first checked that I was okay, instead of just pressing on with business and discussing the claim. Petrus is a true ambassador for the King Price Insurance group and takes royal service to the next level. I trust his superiors will be informed of this post and give him the necessary recognition he duly deserves.
Once the claim is concluded I will give feedback regarding the entire process and my experience. I can however say that up until this point King Price has treated me exceptionally well as a non client.
