Outstanding resolution after being on the verge of cancelling
Nishay Naidoo called me after my unhappiness at overinsuring my cell phone and tried twice to reach me to resolve my problem of accurately determining my depreciating cellphone cover for an iPhone 11. He asked me to hold and then got his expert to call me back! Superior service.
