Outstanding Insurance service with King Price

I was involved in a car accident last week.The Tow Company asked for my Id number and all my insurance details with King Price came up. He made contact, got authorization and then the King Price lady spoke to me to ask if I was ok, if there were any injuries and if I needed transport to wherever I was going. She then smsd me the Tow Authorization Confirmation. From then on I was kept up to date almost daily by email or SMS regarding progress. I then received a call from the assessor Msi, to tell me he had assessed my vehicle and he proceeded to explain in great detail and very professionally, what repairs and replacements would be done to the vehicle. He gave the name of the Panel Beater and patiently answered the questions I had and promised to stay in touch. I am amazed at the incredible service I received from every person at King Price and especially Msi who struggled to contact me and persevered until he reached me in the late evening. All this in the space of a week. This is by far the best experience I have had from any service provider. I rate King Price Insurance as Tops and recommend them very highly. Thank you to all at King Price and especially Msi, as well as my broker Diana Oosthuizen of Status Marketing who recommended King Price Insurance to me a number of years ago and I have never looked back!
