Outstanding Customer Service
As I was about to run out of patience regarding my claim process, Mianay Janse van Vuuren came to my rescue. The level of customer service and problem solving was outstanding. Such experience deserve some praises.

04 Dec 2020, 12:11It is unfortunate that even after her great service, her efforts had gone to waste. She assisted me with liaising with the parts department to ensure that the part that had been the cause of repairing delays was sent through to the Autobody shop Vestige by the 2nd of Dec. However, I found out that this may have not been the case and someone has **** to me. The damages to my car were too minor for the repairs to take this long. This has really affected my confidence in service delivery from the insurer. I know I am being **** to, quite frankly I am not certain if this is now the best car insurance as I has assumed.
