Outstanding Customer Service

I would like to commend Rachna Misra for her amazing service. I contacted King Price to update my policy. Whilst conducting the update she noticed that my property was added twice to the policy and that I was paying double the premium. Rachna coreected the policy and obtained authorization from her Manager to have the premiums refunded. She was professional and polite on the phone. Kudos to Rachna for an amazing service. I believe she is the perfect example of what customer satisfaction is all about and an assest to King Price. Kudos Rachna. Keep it up.
