Other than the delays which is caused by the third party services providers they are using, I’m ok but they can do better

Other than the delays which is caused by the third party services providers they are using, I’m ok but they can do better. My gate was assessed on Thursday, the 27th of March and a week later is not yet repaired. Granted, their assessor only sent them a report on the 2nd of April but then again, they’ve chosen the service provider and its poor service through delays is their responsibility.
