ORCHIDS TO ALL ON DUTY ON 4TH JANUARY 2022 AT 18.00-CELESTE KEYS YOU ROCK

After having a huge accident on 4th Jan 2022 they were contacted by First Road and i was handed the phone. The call centre agent got all the particulars and did the necessary and handed me over to a consultant. I was told they would have someone to tow very soon. I received an SMS saying my claim was registered within 5 minutes of hanging up the phone SMS that the tow truck was on its way. Within 5 minutes Chadwin was on the scene - he took photos of the car the contents and started the paperwork. He then advised me to go to the nearest SAP to report it as i could get the case number etc. We reported it in which time i had King Price constantly checking if i was ok and if i needed any other assistance. I sms them the Case number and by the next morning they had logged the claim, been in touch with the Bank where it was financed. in that same day they cancelled the insurance and i was told that there would be no amount deducted that month. Celeste Keys who kept in constant contact with me and explained what i had to do and what they had done was unbelievable. This company really go above and beyond their call of Duty. Well done to all on duty that night - you made an awful situation i was in bearable. Orchids all round
