Open claim - vehicle repair delayed
I have been insured with King Price since 2015 and had my 1st claim September 2021 where the accident was not my fault however had a second claim now in April 2022 for a motor vehicle accident that happened on the 1st of April 2022 and the claim was approved on the 20th of April 2022. I had to approve second hand parts for the repair and to this date the panelbeaters are still waiting for parts from King Price and moving the estimate collection date by a week every week. I still have to pay monthly installments to the bank and to King Price on a car that is standing at the panelbeaters and not in use without any feedback from King Price - all they say is that they will follow up and get back to me and that never happens and now from the 1st of August 2022 my insurance monthly payment increased with more than R600 due to the claims and the risk factors. I am at this point where the bank should reposses the car and sort it out with King Price to either fix it asap or write off the vehicle and cancel my insurance cover with them as i feel i have been paying them without any resistance from my side every month but now when the service is needed there is none. I will not recommend any family members or friends to use their services as an insurance company because they are definitely not making my day royal at all as they claim they will. So unnecessary to come to this point to fight for a bit of decent communication
