Only Gratitude for King Price

I would like Express my Sincerest Gratitude to Ms ****hca van Rooi, who ensured our claim was processed without a Hitch. Mr Graig van Rooi was Amazing yesterday, keeping his word in ensuring our new application was successful, he was very understanding of our time constraints and kept his word, finalising our application 15 minutes before end of his shift, such dedication and work ethic, as displayed by Mr and Ms van Rooi is hard to find in South Africa these days. Admittedly, I cannot remember the names of every team member we dealt with, yet we can say that King Price has definately raised the Bar for professional and 'extra mile' service in a country where these attributes have become extinct. From the Reception team all the way to the various departmental Supervisors who communicated with us, they made sure we felt like Royalty. It would really take alot for me to even consider changing my Insurer. We trust you'll will strive to remain the Leaders and Benchmark we have come to know and Appreciate.
