On the 24th of March we lodge a dispute with king price insurance that we not happy about the claim rejection
On the 24th of March we lodge a dispute with king price insurance that we not happy about the claim rejection.On the same day they responded but even today we still waiting for the to revert with the outcome of the investigation from claims department.Today they communicated that they will revert to us within 5-7 working days to us that is arrogance we strongly feel that they really don’t take us seriously.On the 25th sent them the audio as a proof bt still no proper response from them

08 Apr 2026, 14:38If you could understand that this process it’s causing stress and compromising clients health that would be better i still say King price didn’t treat us well but we continued to trust the company look today where we are we thought we will receive the outcome today but instead we’ve just received an extension of days I’m very hurt and disappointed about King Price
