On the 24th of march my brother was driving my car and was involved in an accident. On the 26th I made a claim with King price. Believe me when I say to you today, the 13 april there is still no progress in my claim. I did not receive any update for over a week. The person handling my case claims to have been calling my brother with no success. Surprisingly there are no missed calls in my brothers phone. Yesterday I communicated to find out what the delay was and I was told they cant get through to the police station to confirm the AR number. All of a sudden today I receive an email from the so called person who is handling my case, the guy is now giving me an ultimatum for my brother to call him within a day of receiving the email. I curse the day I took this policy😭
