on the 13 march 2021. i was invold in an accident ,i was not provided with cub to take home,up to now , my claim still pending , my cutersy care is about to expire,no communicatin or updade about my claim, my claim number is ckp***/6
on the 13 march 2021, i was invold in accident ,i submitted my claim on 15th march 2021,but up to now my claim is still pending no explanation ,unathi gobeni she is very friendly and promised to call and give feedback last week up to now, the sad part is that my cutersy car will expire very soon as i have 30 days, i beleave that the hold up is on the managerment as she told me she did make recomendation so she is waiting for the feedback from management ,the other thing when you call king price , u need to have more R100 airtime as no agent will unswer your phone or call you back , i need help please ,my claim number is ckp***/6

07 Apr 2021, 12:04I would like to thanks king price insurance, more special unathi gobeni for the excellent service, I complain here at hellow Peter becouse I was frustrated about the delay but after Carman manager called and explained that unathi ended submitted my claim and recommended that my claim should be approved but they were still within 13 days and due to Easter weekend that affect the process to finalize my claim, what appreciate the most is to receive the call from the manager and assured me they will communicate with the penelbeter so if the will be delayed to fix the car they will tray to organize to extend the courtesy car date
