On Friday 23 January 2026 I had an incident with my vehicle hitting a stone and damaging the radiator. I immediately contacted King Price through the app for a call back. Sbu responded to me within minutes. He arranged a tow for me to get the vehicle to town. Signal in the area was bad, but he kept in touch through WhatsApp as well. My vehicle was towed and I started the claim process through the app. The delay from starting the claim process on the app to the time that KB called me the next day was annoying. KB and Sbu were very helpful and professional throughout. A clerical error had occurred. Yet KB picked up the problem and assured me that the issue was resolved. Overall the experience with King Price has been good, but I do think that they should try and make an effort to start the claim process quicker once a claim has been in submitted on the app.
