"Oh, okay cool" by Linda from Retentions when cancelling insurance
Horrible claims process... No feedback or a car hired out to me while mine was being repaired, even though I've been paying for it. Not even an apology was given by Linda from your Retentions Department for the service let down, just a flat "oh, okay cool" when I was cancelling my insurance. For someone whose occupation is to retain clients, she didn't even try to keep my business.
