OBVIOUSLY NEED NO MORE BUSSINESS

Contacted you to be quoted on insurance. I was told that they possibly can re-instate my insurance which I cancelled with you at end of December 2015. Transferred to retention dept. to assist. Started quote but halfway through your systems hanged apparently. Was told that I would be phoned back to prepare and supply a new quote with cars, household and building added for me to decide if I am interested in moving my business back. This call never happened to date. The person that undertook to phone me disappeared into thin air. Surely you can trace who spoke to me and kick his backside for not getting back to a client. This cause a prospective client to look for alternative insurance with the hundreds of other insurance companies out there. But I suppose I must read into this attitude that you do not need new clients and have enough clients to make a living. So be it.
