Now THIS is what i call service!

<p>I posted a complain on HP yesterday, within minutes i received a call from Kavish Chatrooghoon. I did not have to re-explain my story. By the time he called me he had already done the assessment of the query and called with a resolution, which was efficiently resolved immediately.</p> <p> </p> <p>It was followed by a call from Joe Swafo who quickly rescued the relationship and restored my faith in KP. I can now gladly say, i am again a client of KP.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now THIS is what i call service!!</p> <p> </p>
