nothing varified by King Price

I have taken out the insurancce from King price A Full comprehensive insurance a couple of months ago, I was told to take my car for inspection and have my Laptops and Collectable Watches with serial no faxed trough to them, when i looked again my debit orders went on up to date and still no one contacted me with regards to this, my car was in repairs at time of the registration and i think I should claim for the car to be fixed seeing that I am insured. any thing could happen to my electronics or watches and they probably would not even pay out because of their stupidity.
