King price insurance towed the car to Classic Coach Works to repair the car which was done bad rubbers were cut parts on the car was changed which did not form part of the repair advised king price insurance of the bad repair that was done and all I got from the manager Ursula is sorry I can't help you as per our policy we take your car to bad auto body shops and we only give you a 30 day care rental guess what 30 days are up n she advised me that I need to drive with the car as is after I paid the R6000.00 in access fees now I'm stranded cause I don't know what else was changed or cut on the car as king price insurance never went to check what the original damage was nor did they check if the car was properly repaired
As discussed with your daughter, the panel beater was contacted by us regarding the concerns on the vehicles repair and the panel beater has agreed to take the vehicle back in to address your concerns as well as offered a loan vehicle for the duration of the repair. The loan vehicle from the panel beater is however only available at a certain date hence the repairs being scheduled for a certain date.
As per our records you have taken the vehicle to the panel beater to show them the areas of concern on the vehicle this morning.
