Not to be trusted

I don't trust King Price. They have tried to debit me twice now despite having asked to cancel the agreement and I have had to reverse the debit orders but still they have not cancelled. They have phoned me three times but when I answer the call they drop it and then immediately they send emails and SMSs saying they have tried to call without success. It looks like they wanna delay cancelling until the next debit date. I have to ask my bank to block them now. Reversing a debit order costs me some amount.
