Not the KINGPRICE I know looks like is time get OUT
15 Days gone and no significant progress on my claim. All documentation was submitted from my side. No Feedback from the assigned agent. This is not the KingPrice I know. I have FOUR Cars and Household and Cellphones with KP and this is not a good sign of customer service. Looks like this is a sign to get OUT .

27 Nov 2023, 11:24Frustration with KingPrice Customer Service and Claim Handling
Dear KingPrice,
I hope this message finds you well, although I must express my deep disappointment and frustration with the level of customer service I have experienced in relation to my recent claim.
It is disheartening to note that, despite my efforts to seek updates on my claim through various channels, the culture at KingPrice seems to prioritize external communication over direct and transparent interactions with the customer. The ordeal began with a 15-day wait for claim approval, and I now find myself enduring an additional 14 days of uncer*****y regarding the status of my car without receiving clear communication.
Moreover, my allocated case agent at KingPrice has been unresponsive, failing to send a single email within the 30-day period despite my repeated attempts to establish contact. Multiple calls and messages left without a callback have only added to my frustration. In a conversation with the agent's supposed "manager," promises were made to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, there has been no follow-through.
I was informed by the manager that, post-approval, the sole point of contact should be with KingPrice's supplier, FIXICO, for updates. I pay my premiums to KP and not FIXICO. I am not sure how my insurance company can tell me that 'it's not their issue anymore and that I should talk to their supplier" However, my attempts to reach out to FIXICO have yielded no results. Despite emailing all relevant contacts at FIXICO and copying my assigned case agent at KingPrice, there has been a glaring lack of communication.
The repair shop, the only entity responsive to my inquiries, is unfortunately limited in its ability to assist as they await direction from FIXICO.
This prolonged lack of communication, unresponsiveness, and the absence of a clear resolution plan have left me deeply dissatisfied with the service I have received. I trust that you will address these concerns promptly and ensure a more transparent and efficient communication process moving forward.
Not I have FOUR CARS, HOUSE HOLD and 2 cellphones insured with KP.
