Not so royal service

I have changed my content on my king price insurance in October 2022, to remove the phones i had on as the were ****** or i gave them away, this was done telephonically with king price.I dont normally check my app, but i did today as i saw there is no household content insurance as requested and my installment is still the same as in September 2022. This is bad service and i can get hold of a consultant. I want this over charges back as this was changed on the phone and i received an amended policy but still it was not changed dont know if there system does not work or what
