Not so "Royal" service as they claim to be

Good day everyone i would like to take the time to let everyone know about my experience with this insurance and would not suggest anyone to take insurance thru them if i know what i know now i wouldnt have canceled my insurance to take theirs.

So lets start last year september we only moved into our own place never had home contents insurance but had car insurance long time ago they only ask you over the phone how long have you had uninterupted insurance not home contents or car insurance secondly I was under sequestration but it's payed off 2 years ago but didn't know I had defaults on my name most properly caused due to that but know now they only ask you have you ever been liquidated or on debt review ect nothing about sequestration there's a big difference and many people don't know if they have defaults on their name same with me till now anyways my daughter lost her phone at school so I claimed it as it was insured i waited 1 month for them to sort out that claim also had issues with it and that's also how I found out I have defaults on my name and was told that my insurance are going to be canceled and that if they known i had defaults they would not have accepted me don't know what does having defaults on your name have to do with having your contents insured its not debt its month to month if you dont pay your insurance your not covered and then they cancel it in any case enough said little bit after that I woke up at 3 in the morning heard water running couldn't understand till I walked in water in the lounge I ran to close it outside and unplug all electricity that was in or close to water we then tryed to move everything out of the water it was a pipe that burst in the wall of the place we staying in my surround sound system was under water wood swollen out and my tv fell over into the middle table while we were busy moving everything out of the water it was a disaster phoned insurance ect now also taking very very long they rejected my claim after they already came to take all the broken goods they also took my dstv pvr thats not broken so basically im stuck with my damaged goods that was not my fault it got damaged but then again i dont have it as they stole it from my house because they never returned it. they wanted previous insurance claim history letter from previous insurance after long fight I got the letter sent it now they want same letter for years ago insurance and its going to remain the same rejected ect really? Told them plenty of times that I never had home contents insurance only car insurance long time ago but it doesn't seem to get thru their heads. What are you paying for them having your contents insured i canceled the insurance now and they still have my property i just decided that if i dont have my property by end tomorrow i am going to open a case against them for theft all my revelent information proof ect is already with my attorneys at legalwise and will be taking everything further. I dont want anything to do with this king price insurance thank you for your so called "Royal" service i dont want any response on this complaint i wrote this to let everyone know about my "royal" service so please people its not worth it my wife also knows a woman at her work that was insured thru them she had a car accident they also rejected her claim so i would not prefer this insurance to anyone. Other insurances is much better
