Not so much the..."ROYAL SERVICE "

Worse service yet !!For the most time I had received great service from King price until my unfortunate accident . It was not a major accident however due to the fact that my car was leaking water I was not sure if it was drivable and decided to call King price for assistance. They dispatched a towing service and my car was taken to the nearest assessment Centre (GOBID PRETORIA) . A few days later I received a damage report and a day later decided to take delivery of my car since it was drivable and this is when my nightmare begun - My license disc was removed from my vehicle , My car had damages on the chassis from my car being moved around on a forklift , My bonnet shock was broken and my driver side seat had deep scratches . I took pictures and reported this to King PRICE and to date no positive feedback. Pease cancel my policy with immediate effect and kindly refund me my premiums for the month of September so I may take my business elsewhere.
