Not so much the “royal service”

For the longest time i had been pleased with KingPrice until I got an accident. Not too sure if this is how forbearing customers are treated or my case just hasn’t been that much of a priority, as one has to follow up with either the Repairer or KingPrice to get any update - only then will communication be sent out.

I have been without a vehicle since 10 July ‘22, with ETAs getting pushed back further and further with every call I make - very inconvenienced and disappointed with your service!
