Not royal service
Very bad service should not give them any stars. Waiting on cellphone replacement or cash refund for almost a month. If i don't call to follow up i don't get feedback, explained i have loan phone from friend and it needs to be returned but that dont bother them . Still waiting reply since this morning will not recommend them ever. You don't feel royal they should change their name🤬😡😡
