Not returning property
I was in a car accident yesterday and did not remove all my belongings in the vehicle before Centow took the vehicle to the King Price Yard. When following up with Centow or the King Price Yard, they said that the Hard Drive that i forgot in the car is not there. I have checked in all the belongings that i have taken and it is not there. All my personal information is on that hard drive and it was ******!! Please can you find out where my hard drive is as this is unacceptable for companies to ***** peoples belongings. If you are in a bad accident, the last thing that you will check next to the highway is if all your belongings are out of the vehicle. PLEASE HELP me find my hard drive as all my personal information is on there.

An investigation was lodged with Centow the service provider whom towed your vehicle and there is no record of any hard drive in the vehicle , when at the scene you where instructed by Centow to remove your personal belongings from the vehicle and it is noted that before Centow towed the vehicle they checked the interior and there was a lunchbox which was given to you. Your complaint has been lodged with management at FIRST4U whom are also looking into the matter and will provide final feedback.
