Not reliable

I’m so disappointed at KingPrice, I’ve sent them numerous emails inquiring about a company they told me i should expect a call from, the company hasn’t called it’s been almost 3weeks, my car is stuck in my garage after being damaged by hijackers, when i call the company I’m being placed on hold until my airtime finishes it’s so frustrating. The guy they sent to do damage assessment never even showed up he asked us to send pics on his phone and I’m expected to pay R9500 excess fee to this company that’s not communicating with me!
