My claim processing was long and tideous...had the courtesy car option but that did not cushion the frustration because of long delays between odering car parts and the repairer actually fixing the car.Tried getting extensions for courtesy car but was met with rude emails and ignored emails. Rather pay for value and less frustating customer service .👎
