Not paying my damages
Hi.
I was involved in a third party accident. The guy who damaged the my vehicle gave me his insurance details.
I contacted the company I filled claims form on the 4th of June. I got the outcome on the 19 saying that it is rejected I cannot claim twice.
Meaning that the guy who caused the incident they are not liable to pay my damages.
