Not happy with Service?

I am very disappointed in King Price. I have submitted a claim to repair my vehicle. Because of my access they will not be able to repair. Then I contacted the panel beaters that I have receive the quote from and they told me that I need to take the car for proper assessment that's after King Price closed the claim. Then I contacted King Price and told them that I am not happy with the outcome and not impressed with the panel beaters can I take my car to get another quote which I did. I then submit the quote on the 22nd of November, then I did a follow up with a phone call, then a follow up mails to the claims department and still I have no feedback. I am going for the second week and still waiting.
