Not happy with service

I called king price insurnce to get a quote , we discussed everything and i was told one thousand and some odd rand would be debited from my account on the 04/05/02015 and then on the 25/05/2015 another payment was going to be debited, i told the guy that i cannot afford that 2debits on my account, the phone went off, i havent confirmed the debit to be processed on my account, this guy kept on calling me back i was like he was stalking me, i told him to call me back after 4. he never called me back, today i see their is debit for king price on my account, my acc is in excess know, if this debit order returns unpaid on my account Kind price is going to pay that unpaid fees on my account and contact the bank and advise they debited my account in error. i dont want unpaids on my account,
