Not happy!!

Not happy at all with the service! Always telling me will get your claims consultant to call you back but still never call! It’s been a week already! The claim consultant fails to even respond to my email. 😏 They never provide feedback and whenever you call the claims department your enquiry is never resolved. The service I received through the claims process does not meet the standard of the TCF!
