Not happy at all!!!!!

Very quick to take your insurance, but do not take the time to check if their service providers are close to you. I had to drive 50km to the panelbeater closest to me for assessment and 50km back. Then again had to drive 50km to the panelbeater to have my car fixed and 50km back. Then another 100km to get the rental car and 100km back. Alternatively I can have the car delivered at an additional cost of R2000.00. Can also only get the rental car when they decide. No matter if I can get time of work to fetch it or not. With all these additional costs and my excess payment I could have paid to repair my vehicle myself.
