Not Happy

I have had no car for almost 3 months now, I had a incident during the KZN floods where I hit a big rock which was on the Highway and cracked my rims and burst my tyres on the left hand side. So my car was taken in on the 16th of April and inspected and they told my the car is fine only rims and wheels need to be replaced. How can replacing rims and tires take 3months? I have been struggling using public transport to get to work. When I call I get a reply saying they ordered the rims and still waiting for them...
