Not good,im disapppointed
Not good,im disapppointed.after paying a monthly premium of R1500 for a year,i was involved in an accident,nou i have to pay an amount of R8500 for my car to be fixed.then what is the use of having insurance if they cant help me in time of need?

As with all insurers the excess is the amount payable by you in the event of a valid claim. The excess would have been discussed with you at point of sale as well as noted in your policy schedule.
