Not good service regards to claim

<p>I had an accident on the 3rd of april 2017. Up to today my claim has still not been approved. The rent car must be retured in a week and a half.. then i will be without a car WHAT THEN. all other insurance companies that i have dealt with in the past give 2-3 days before approval .. why is it taking kingprice almost 3 weeks and still no approval .. bear in mind there is clear indication that the accident was not my fault. The car still has to go to a bmw appoved dearler for repairs so im looking at 3 months without a car!?!? Is this why i am paying premiums to kingprice to receive such **** service .. should this not be resolved at a quicker pace i will be taking this further </p>
