Not Entirely Happy with Service.

Jay Coetzee was very helpful and pleasant. Insurance letter and policy was submitted to my email within minutes. The only thing I have an issue with is the Cover. There is not even 1 day grace period for the Inspection to be done on a Vehicle. King Price App hasnt worked since March 2020. Now the inconvenience of taking the Vehicle to Autoboyz running the risk of anything happening to said vehicle while taking it to the inspection centre.

I left King Price after almost 4yrs, came back to them because your service has been great until now. Previously we were given about 3-5 days to get the inspection done and we were covered for at least 3rd party. Now, No Inspection, no cover.

Please advise how ANYONE is supposed to take delivery of any vehicle to drive it to any inspection centre without cover. which means We cannot purchase another vehicle Ever, as long as we are with King Price. Then I would rather cancel my insurance and go elsewhere.
