Not claiming but still on claims history

I could like to know why King Price decided to allocate a claim under my policy as NOT approved after I indicated to them I would rather pay out of my own pocket and not claim.

After not claiming from them they decided to add this claim to my claims history with the value of the damage, even though I didn't claim or receive a cent from them.....
