Not certisfied with the service
I will never recommend King price insurance to anyone. Firstly I was involved in an accident logged a claim and got a response after a week or 2 counting weekends. When they responded I could hear it would take forever when they mentioned that most panel beaters were closed for festives. I understood and went on to fix my car.
Secondly my phone got ****** and I logged a claim, it's been two full weeks now with the run arounds. I call them every single day twice or 3 times for feedback. Finally I was told that the sales person sold me a wrong cover and they are still investigating.
